Here at Cina Auto Parts Wholesale, we are not satisfied with just guaranteeing the superior quality of our available products. We take it a step higher by guaranteeing that we have the lowest prices available in the market. In support of this, our products come with a “Lowest Price Guarantee” clause. The “Lowest Price Guarantee” clause assures that our products are the cheapest in the market. If you find another advertiser offering the same product at a lower rate, then let us know. The “Lowest Price Guarantee” clause will either match or beat the competing advertiser’s price. If you find a cheaper price anywhere, then fill up the form below and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Here are some stipulations of the “Lowest Price Guarantee”

• The part must be identical (Same manufacturer, same part number).
• The part must be available in stock and are brand new.
• The part must be available for immediate shipping.
• The part must have an advertisement displaying the price you want matched.
• The competitor’s price must include all fees (including shipping and handling).
• Cina Auto Parts Company reserves the right to decline service if it does not comply with certain stipulations.

International Shipping
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. UR Quality Solutions is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Return FAQ Policy
Thoroughly inspect your product immediately upon receiving it. If product is damaged in shipping we must make claim immediately to recover damages so claims of shipping damage must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. New returns must be approved and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must provide documentation of purchase of said product in order to receive new return credit. Otherwise it will be treated as a stock buy and we will award an amount we feel the merchandise is valued at to us or can return ship to you at are your shipping expense. All returns must be preapproved via Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and must be sent freight prepaid, unless other arrangements are made. Warranties must include documentation of purchase as well as explanation of malfunction in order for warranty credit to be given. When shipping product back to us please package with care because if it is damaged during shipping we will assess it as a non-warrantable product. All returns require a RGA before shipping back. After the RGA is issued the customer has 30 days to return the item to our shipping address provided. If item is issued a RGA and not returned within 30 days. CINA AUTO PARTS will not accept the return and credit will not be issued.
